We paid a deposit on a 2026 Rav4 and were given the vin# and build progress on the car. For several weeks the sales person kept telling us that no new information was available on when the car would arrive. When we saw that it was marked in stock on the dealers website we made another inquiry. Initially we were told it was simply an update on the website that was incorrect.
Then 2 days later we were told the truth. Deposits on the car had been taken from multiple people.

We had a relatively good experience with Amir at this dealership, but unfortunately our experience with one of the new managers completely changed our impression.
We were ready to purchase a vehicle yesterday and even returned a second time to finalize the deal. While Amir was busy helping another customer, this manager made very little effort to assist us. He left us sitting in our vehicle in the sun for more than an hour waiting for him, despite knowing we were there to close the purchase.

Got an awesome deal working with Anthony. Had no presser to buy even in the finance office. Will likely be back on my next vehicle purchase.
My car had several issues to be addressed including struts, alignment, radiator hose, and bearings. Jace was able to determine what services were required to address these problems. He quoted me a fair price and was able to adjust the total with the best coupon presented. The vehicle drives without the noise previously experienced and is much better to drive. Very pleased with the results.
Randi was very personable and helpful. She made me feel like she cared about me and was honest about the needs and recommendations for my car.
We have purchased 5 new vehicles from this dealership and have serviced all of them there. We’ve always been treated competently and courteously.
I have had my 2017 Avalon service at this dealership since 2018 and they have always done an excellent job of keeping the car in tip top shape. They have an outstanding team in their service department and they always keep me informed about my car while in their shop.
Took my car in to have some detail work done on it and came out with more scratches on it than when I took it in. They sent it through an older car wash and the car ended up with scratches on the hood that were never there before. They tried to fix them but some were not fixed well. In the end they denied it was their fault.
They're always pleasant and hustle my service through. They make it worth the drive from Seattle.

My initial experience working with Ivan during the purchase process was extremely frustrating and, if that had been the end of it, this would not have been a positive review. The situation was heading toward a very poor outcome.

Freak Thanksgiving snowstorm in Torrey, Utah, Capital Reef area. Snow and ice built up on passenger side window of our Prius overnight. Attacked the ice with the wrong end of a broom - not a good idea! Window dropped out of its track and would not roll up!

I had a problem with a communication module on my 2023 Toyota Tacoma.. Service Advisor John Judkins was superb. He showed genuine interest in solving the problem and exhibited great follow through. After a a couple of days it was determined that my truck needed a new computer and service module which had to be ordered. The technician was able to install the hardware in great time, and it solved the issue. Gratefully my truck was still under warranty. *Update: I think the reason they lied is because they knew there were problems with the car. The mechanic I took it to said that the mileage of 50k on the car doesn’t seem possible based on all the problems it has. The dealership said they would spend $1500 on the car fixing it up to ensure it was in good shape before I came to pick it up. This is the worst Toyota dealer in Utah. Do not go to them, they sale misinformation. It took me 7 days to get my loan through Toyota financial after they CHANGED my trade in agreement after I signed. If you like stress and financial hardship for your family this is the dealership for you. I will absolutely go to Tony divino next time. I’ve bought many vehicles through them with zero issues.

I had a poor experience with an employee of Bountiful Toyota and let them know why I was upset. The General Manager of the dealership, K.C. We bought our first Toyota Corolla Cross at Performance. We worked with Amir and in the end he really help us out. I was able to get leather and heated seats in my Corolla Cross. At first there was some misunderstanding, but Amir made sure everything happened and we got what we wanted. We really appreciate his service and what he did for us.
Service advisor lied said my prepaid maintenance program was expired. Charged me for a new maintenance package. When I found the paperwork proving everything, supervisor refused to correct.

Review update: pretty much don’t trust sales people. After being sold a “complete warranty” during our vehicle purchase (cost $3300) and being told “it covers EVERYTHING” except maintenance items, we’ve discovered that was a big, fat sales tactic and lie. It was great until after I bought it. I lived out of state and had it shipped home. It was a big hassle to get Performance to work with my credit union to complete the sale. I could never get the finance guy to return my calls or emails. It was obvious when it arrived that it never went through their full point inspection or paint protection they charged for. They then messed up my registration paperwork and it’s now been two months and still no plates. Go elsewhere.
The lady I worked with was great. She talked to me so I could understand what is going on with my vehicle. She got me in and out. So appreciated.
I bought my first RAV4 there August 2016. For the next 4, maybe 5 years, I could pull in to have it serviced and see nearly all the same faces every time. But for the last 2, maybe 3 years, that is not the case. The faces are nearly all different every time . To me, that is not a good sign. Good customer service and I enjoyed the video that was sent by the technician to show me what was going on.
From Corey helping us after hours when we showed up with a breakdown to John being extremely responsive while our car was being fixed, this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership service department.
Good service. Very considerate service writers, both Jennifer and Randy. Only objection was the excessive wait, nearly 3 hr once and about 2 hr the next day.
Good coupons and deals. Easy drop-off and pick-up. Love Toyota vehicles and their reliability. They used to vacuum and clean your car, with an oil change service. Unfortunately they don’t do that anymore. I used to enjoy that part of the service. Otherwise, I enjoy Toyota Bountiful.
Got help quickly and then got good patient help. Until all my questions were answered

I really like the Toyota Bountiful customer service. Setting up a n appointment was quick and easy. When I asked how long the service would take they explained very much what they were going to do and gave an approximate time. They offer the shuttle service to take me back home. They keep in contact during the service and at the end they ask if I needed a ride back to get my car. Thanks Toyota Bountiful!
Rodney and crew were fantastic! The few cars we were interested in had a few issues and he was upfront about them and was willing to got he distance to see how they would work out the details on getting them to. Rodney made sure that we stayed within budget and that we would have the same payment as before. The “No Pressure” to get into a vehicle that was just about outside of our budget was truly refreshing! Thank you for such a great experience!!
Bought a used 2011 Prius. Do not waist your time. This company is a joke.
Friendly and helpful answering questions about my new car. Technician came into my car to help set up a computer tool. Shuttle service didn’t work for me as expected but maybe that’s the nature of that service.
Ran diagnosis said everything looks good nothing to fix and able to wave the fee with coupon presented. Honest and fair service.
Took my Sienna for routine service. The associate was attentive and was clear as to what the vehicle needed. Keep up the good work and excellent customer service.
Drove over 2000 miles to visit family and found out I had a cracked wheel. They found the part in the area (the day before a major Holiday) and fit me into the schedule so I could be on my way. Had me on my way in 4 hours. Thanks much for going above and beyond to help a customer! Excellent customer focus and service.
The particular repair was relatively straightforward. It was expensive, but they got the job done. I live paycheck to paycheck, and initially didn't have the cash onhand to be able to pay. Bountiful Toyota was flexible enough to allow me to setup an appointment during my next pay period.

I had some service done recently at Toyota Bountiful for my Rav4. I had Shay help me. After that she recommended some services and I agreed on some of those services. Very costly, but I guess I needed them.
She recommended a shuttle because the work could take up to 3-4 hours. Maybe longer. She then signed me up for a shuttle.

The dealership is good as far as dealerships go. However, THEY called me about recall on the front passenger airbag and said it needed to be worked on. They were nice enough to pick up my car and deliver it later since they planned on having it for 4 to 6 hours, except there was not a recall after all. Performance Toyota Bountiful made my car purchase easy and comfortable. I absolutely got a great deal in an extremely tight car market. KC, Michael, and Jeff were the best to provide me a professional and transparent experience.
We are fortunate to have excellent care for Toyota vehicles in Bountiful. With diagnostic and maintenance programs and records, vehicle stay in excellent condition. Waiting areas are comfortable, but a free shuttle is available. Great service!
Appointments are meaningless. Expect long waits, as appointments aren’t honored. Watch out for their tire rotation and oil change specials. I wasn’t told about their short expiration dates for the services.

Worst communication and misinformation I have ever had from a business. Go to a different Toyota dealership for your Toyota needs. Since buying my vehicle here. I go to other Toyota dealerships for any needs and service. Just so I don’t have to go there. And the service elsewhere is so much better!!! Will never buy from Toyota Bountiful again. I do not recommend.

I was given a sales job by service department about what needed to be done. They recommended a litany if things to be fixed on a 2020 Hylander with 28k miles. They said I needed new rotors, new brakes, flush brake lines, & a few which I can’t remember. Service department did a good job. Fast service, free shuttle service a big plus. Typical upsell pitch common to all dealerships, but overall highly satisfied with convenience and results. On the other hand, I’m disappointed with delays in orders for new vehicles. I placed an order for a new vehicle 10 months ago and still haven’t received it. They required a $1000 no refundable deposit. But what if they never receive the vehicle? Will they refund my deposit? Seems a little sketchy, so beware before you sign up for a new vehicle delivery.
Shae was great! My wife got a flat tire and Shae got my corolla in and out in a quick timely manner. I appreciate you making me feel like my time was valuable. Thank you.

This is the worst service I have ever had. I waited for 4 1/2 hours! No one offered a shuttle! They first told me it would only be 2 hrs, so I thought I would wait! I needed my emissions test done and they were able to get it done, but I called for a price and was told it would be $30 and when I got there I was told it was $36.75. I went there because I thought the price was going to be $30 so I wasn’t happy about the price change when I got there.
I was only given 2 options of a RAV4 that would be available in my 2-3 week window of needing a car. Scheduled to arrive 11/30-12/6. Today is 12/31 and I'm still waiting. Vuc was kind enough to lend me a car until mine arrives, but communication has been bad. They keep telling me when my car will be ready, then wait until the last minute to tell me it isn't. Messed up all my Christmas/New Year travel plans with the wonderful communication. FYI, they also won't allow anyone to pay cash. Toyota financing only.

Service agent was nice. Manager wouldn’t match tire price at Costco (okay). Had to pay for oil service over phone (okay). Prefer to get an itemized bill first. After-hour key handoff with sales receptionist was one of the worst customer service interactions in recent memory.

Quality of service has gone down hill at this dealership: slow service, no longer doing car washes/vacuuming, vending machine has replaced the self serve soda, etc. We will be choosing a different service location in the future.
