Things to Bring
Proof of Identification: Drivers license, passport, ITIN letter, social security card and government-issued ID card are all acceptable forms of identification.
Proof of Income: 3 months of recent paystubs or bank statements, or a letter from your current employer.
Proof of Residency: A current utility bill listing name and address of applicant.
Proof of Insurance: A declaration page, showing full coverage automotive insurance.
References: A list of ten references including their name, relationship to the applicant, how long each reference has known the applicant, their address, and personal phone number.
