Performance Toyota Service Center

Car buying experience was pretty straightforward. I did have to check them on their math with interest rates vs monthly payments, and they made a mistake with my extended warranty, but were willing to correct that once I brought it to their attention.

As usual, Bountiful Toyota’s service department is pleasant to deal with and does a great job. The facility is currently under construction and I wish they would provide some complimentary snacks and drinks while we wait like they used to when I first bought a car through them, especially with the construction going on as a way to make the experience more tolerable in a noisy environment, but still the job and communication are fantastic.

Outstanding Customer service. The staff was truly there to help thou if you’re just looking to finding what your interest in a vehicle. Great sales staff no cookie cutter or rushing. Thank you and our salesmen Gordon.

The turnaround time was great. They have early appointments and you don't have to spend a big chunk of your day waiting around. Friendly and professional staff.

Great service, John was able to speak with the shop manager to run a couple of concerns past him; all issues were addressed and resolved on same visit.

Every aspect of my visit exceeded expectations. I was welcomed quickly, Gavin was friendly and knowledgeable. He did not try to talk me into extra services and even explained why some where not necessary. The video showing my car's current condition was impressive. I was shuttled from the service center and then back again, both drivers were so kind and made the experience five star, easily. Even if my car didn't have a service package, I would absolutely come back.

They take care of me everytime and never had to worry. Recommend them to anyone!

The salesperson was super friendly and nice. I think a little condescending but nice. The financing manager wasn’t as great. I requested two credit unions for financing. I get that they ran one to protect my credit but they ran the second one. The first one had a better rate, which I communicated to the salesperson. The finance manager didn’t even tell me who or what the rate was until I asked. Since buying a car takes all day, I didn’t ask them to run another check. Instead I’ll have to pay more.

Fast and efficient service. Would recommend staying to wait if some of the snacks were complementary like other dealerships.
