I’ve always had a great experience with Toyota Bountiful. One of the things I appreciate most is the quality of the people they hire like Miguel. Their employees consistently make you feel welcome, respected, and treated like family. Even though the location is farther away for me, I continue to choose Toyota Bountiful because good service, trust, and the way customers are treated matter more than distance. Thank you to the entire team for always providing such a positive and professional experience. That family-oriented atmosphere is something I truly value and one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

I bring both my Rav 4’s here for service now. I find it a great asset.

The door handle broke on my 2026 Tundra with less than 5k miles. The part was on back order - not any parts in the U.S. with Toyota estimating 6 months to get a part; leaving me with rolling down my window to open my door from the outside side. The whole team at performance made it their mission to find me a part. They finally found one at a dealership in Canada. Within a couple of weeks they fixed the problem. Thank you for your hard work on fixing a very frustrating situation.

I was greeted by Quentin and he was very polite. He followed up on the work being done and updated me as I waited. They send you a video of the car inspection and point out what they observe. I drive a few extra miles because they have a good customer service and treat you like a friend.
